Aeroshell

The Aeroshell team designs, manufactures, and integrates the many geometrically complex carbon fiber panels that make up the exterior body of the vehicles, keeping both aerodynamics and aesthetics in mind. Members are a part of the process from start to finish, including CAD modeling, CFD simulations, machining, both prepreg and wet layup processes, post-processing, and finally integrating and mounting.
