The Mechanical team focuses on composing and integrating crucial mechanical components of the vehicles, both ensuring functionality and enhancing efficiency. They engage in CAD modeling and FEA simulations, designing for manufacturability, and testing for verification of system performance. The team works on suspension, steering, and brakes, to structural aspects of the cars such as the chassis, battery and electrical mounting structures, and safety structures to protect the driver.
